Delete a Credit Note

Overview

This feature allows you to delete a created credit note.

Purpose

The primary purpose of the feature to delete a credit note is to remove mistakenly created or no longer needed credit notes, preventing discrepancies between billing management data and the actual situation.

By organizing unnecessary credit notes and focusing on necessary information to make it easier to handle, it makes billing-related information management easier.

Feature Description

Credit notes that can be deleted

Only credit notes with a Pending status can be deleted.

Credit notes with an Applied to Billing Invoice status cannot be deleted.

Instructions

Navigating to the credit note deletion screen

  1. Click Transactions menu > Billing Management.
  2. Click the Credit Notes tab.
  3. Click the Delete button of the credit note you want to delete.
    A confirmation modal for deletion will open.

Deleting a credit note

After confirming that it is the correct credit note to delete, click the Delete button.

Upon successful processing, the credit note is deleted.

Important Notes

Deleted credit notes cannot be restored

Deleted credit notes cannot be undone.

Please carefully confirm that there are no mistakes in the target to be deleted.
