Download an Order Document PDF

Overview​

Explains the procedure to download the order document and details in PDF format.

Purpose​

By exporting a document PDF related to the order, you can review and save either the content from the time of order placement or the content of the Order Confirmation as a file.

By selectively using the Purchase Order PDF and the Order Confirmation PDF depending on the purpose, you can organize order information and use it for confirmation within the company and with trading partners.

Feature Description​

Types of downloadable PDFs​

From the Order Detail screen, you can individually export the following two types of PDFs.

PDF TypeContent
Purchase Order PDFA PDF of the document based on data from the time of order placement.
Order Confirmation PDFA PDF of the document based on the data in the Order Confirmation.

Conditions for downloading the Order Confirmation PDF​

The Order Confirmation PDF can be downloaded for orders where an Order Confirmation has been created by the brand.

The Order Confirmation PDF cannot be downloaded for orders where an Order Confirmation has not been created.

Before starting this procedure, follow the steps below to open the dashboard for the target buyer organization.

  1. Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
  2. Click Select for the target buyer organization.

Download the order document PDF by following the steps below.

  1. Move to the order document PDF download screen
  2. PDF export settings
  3. Download

Move to the order document PDF download screen​

  1. Click Orders.

  2. Click the Detail button for the order you want to download the PDF for.
    You will be redirected to the "Order Detail" screen.

  3. Click one of the buttons depending on the document you want to export.

    • Download a Purchase Order PDF
    • Download an Order Confirmation PDF
      *The button will not be displayed for orders where an Order Confirmation has not been created by the brand.

    The download modal for the selected document will be displayed.

PDF export settings​

Set the PDF export content.

  1. Language
    Select Japanese or English from the pull-down.

  2. PDF Custom Header Title
    The default value is entered.

    Rewrite it to any title as necessary.

  3. Select a PDF Layout Type
    Select one of the following from the pull-down.

    • Landscape: Do not set SKU Display Options.
    • Landscape(Output the SKU of an item in one line.): Also set SKU Display Options. The input field for SKU Display Options is displayed.
    • Portrait with image: Do not set SKU Display Options.

  4. SKU Display Options
    This is displayed when you select Landscape(Output the SKU of an item in one line.) in Select a PDF Layout Type.

    Select one of the following from the pull-down.

    • Display SKU information in a single column: Displays the SKU concatenated into a single column.
    • Display SKU information in multiple columns (up to 3 columns): Splits the columns for each SKU property that makes up the SKU, displaying up to a maximum of 3 columns.

Download​

  1. Check the settings and click the Download button.

    The PDF generation process will start, and a modal saying "PDF generation is completed. You can download the PDF from the link." will be displayed.

  2. Click the Open link button.

  3. Download the generated PDF from the opened link.

Important Notes​

Changes made by the brand will be reflected in the Order Confirmation PDF​

If the brand has added or canceled ordered products, the Order Confirmation PDF will reflect the latest changes.

The Purchase Order PDF will continue to be exported based on the data from the time of order placement.

If you want to check the content from the time of order placement, download the Purchase Order PDF, and if you want to check the content after changes made by the brand, download the Order Confirmation PDF.
