Download Media Assets

Overview​

This feature allows you to download media assets published on a brand page or catalog page.

You can download materials such as images, videos, PDFs, and ZIP files.

Purpose​

You can download images, videos, and other materials published on brand and catalog pages to review the information you need.

These materials can help you better understand products and compare them.

Because you can refer to the necessary information at any time, it is easier to evaluate products and make decisions.

Feature Description​

Download targets​

You can download media assets published on a brand page or catalog page.

Available media assets include images, videos, PDFs, and ZIP files uploaded to DEXTRE by the business partner brand.

Available download methods​

Media assets can be downloaded individually or in bulk.

  • Individual download: Downloads the selected file.
  • Bulk download: Downloads multiple files one by one.

Instructions​

Go to the download screen​

Before starting the steps below, go to the dashboard screen for the target buyer.

  1. Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
  2. Click the Select button for the target buyer organization.

If you are accessing the page from an order link issued independently by the business partner brand:

You can start the procedure from the brand page or catalog page.

When downloading from the brand page​

  1. Click the Connected Brands menu.
  2. Click the target brand.
    The page transitions to the brand page.
  3. Click the Document Download button.
    A list of media assets appears.

When downloading from the catalog page​

  1. Click the Connected Brands menu.
  2. Click the target brand.
    The page transitions to the brand page.
  3. Click the target catalog.
    The page transitions to the catalog page.
  4. Click the Document Download button.
    A list of media assets appears.

Download media assets​

Download a media asset individually​

  1. Click the Download button for the file you want to download.
    The "You can download the document from the link." modal opens.

    • You can narrow down the files to download by using Filter.
    • For image and video files, you can check the preview by clicking the Detail button.

  2. Click the Open link button.
    The file opens in a new browser tab.

  3. Download the file using your browser.

    Depending on the file format, the file may be downloaded automatically.

Download media assets in bulk​

Click the Download All button.

The files displayed in the list are downloaded one by one.

Important Notes​

Display conditions for the Document Download button​

The Document Download button is displayed only when media assets have been added to and published on the brand or catalog.

If the Document Download button does not appear, the brand has not published any media assets.
