Download a Cart Catalog PDF

This section explains how to download a catalog PDF that compiles the products in the draft order list or cart during the order creation process.
Purpose
By exporting a cart catalog PDF, you can review and share information about products you plan to order or are considering as a catalog-format file.
It can be used as a document summarizing the product information in the cart for reviewing the contents before ordering or for internal review.

What is a Cart Catalog PDF?
A cart catalog PDF is a PDF that compiles the images and details of products included in the draft order list or cart during order creation.
If you add or remove products from the cart, you can download it again with the updated contents.
How the output method differs by brand settings
The output method for the cart catalog PDF varies depending on the brand's settings.
If the brand has published a catalog PDF template for buyers, you need to select a template and product display group before downloading.
- Selectable Catalog PDF Template: You can select from the published catalog PDF templates. A catalog PDF using the layout of the selected template is downloaded.
- Display group of products to be output to PDF: You can split the catalog pages according to your purpose.
If the template is not published, a catalog PDF with the DEXTRE standard layout will be downloaded.
Ways to start order-related operations
Order-related operations have two main ways to start: Standard Order and Order Link.
- Standard Order: Log in to the DEXTRE Buyer App, select the target buyer organization, brand, and catalog to begin the process.
- Order Link: Access the link issued by the connected brand to begin the process. Depending on the type of link, it may start from the brand page or the catalog page.
Instructions
Navigate to the cart catalog PDF download screen
The screen you start from differs depending on whether you start from a Standard Order or an Order Link.
Follow the steps that match the screen displayed.
When downloading a cart catalog PDF using Standard Order
- Log in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
- Click the Select button for the target buyer organization.
- Click Connected Brands.
- Click the target brand.
The brand page opens. - Click the target catalog.
The catalog page opens. - Click the Check your cart button.
The "Draft Order List" page opens.
When downloading a cart catalog PDF via an Order Link
- Access the Order Link received from the brand.
The brand page or catalog page opens. - If the catalog page is not displayed, click the target catalog to open the catalog page.
- Click the Check your cart button.
The "Cart" page opens.
If you are asked to enter a passcode or log in, follow the instructions on the displayed screen.
- When an authentication passcode is required: Enter the passcode provided by the brand.
- If the login page is displayed: Log in to DEXTRE using one of the following methods.
- If authentication information is provided by the brand: Log in using the email address and password provided by the brand.
- If authentication information is not provided by the brand: Log in using the email address and password you usually use for DEXTRE.
Download
The download method differs depending on whether the brand has published a template.
If the template is published

Click the Download a Cart Catalog PDF button.
The "Download a Catalog PDF" modal opens. -
Selectable Catalog PDF Template
Select a template from the pull-down menu. -
Display group of products to be output to PDF
Select one of the following from the pull-down menu.- No Group Display: Does not split pages by display group.
- Model Number: Splits pages by model number. This is mainly used when each product has many Symbol SKUs.
- Category Level 1: Splits pages by the category registered for the product.

Click the Download button.
A cart catalog PDF with the selected layout is downloaded.
If the template is not published
Click the Download a Cart Catalog PDF button.
A cart catalog PDF with the DEXTRE standard layout is downloaded.
Important Notes
When cart contents are changed after downloading
The cart catalog PDF reflects the cart contents at the time of download.
If you change the cart contents after downloading the cart catalog PDF, the cart catalog PDF will no longer match the latest cart contents.
Download the PDF again if needed.
The feature may be unavailable depending on the brand's settings
If the download feature is restricted by the brand's settings, the Download a Cart Catalog PDF button will not be displayed.
Make sure there are products in the cart
The cart catalog PDF can only be downloaded if there are products in the cart.
If there are no products in the cart, the Download a Cart Catalog PDF button is not available.
Before downloading, make sure products have been added to the draft order list or cart.
