Review an Order Confirmation

Overview​

Explains the operation to confirm the contents of the Order Confirmation and update the agreement status with the brand on DEXTRE.

Purpose​

Confirming the Order Confirmation is used for the buyer to check the order details created by the brand and record the agreement status.

By managing the approval or rejection results as the order status on DEXTRE, it clarifies the agreement process with the brand regarding the order details and ensures operational control.

Feature Description​

What is confirming the Order Confirmation?​

Confirming the Order Confirmation is a feature for the buyer to check the contents of the Order Confirmation created by the brand, and approve or reject it.

If the brand has enabled the approval of the Order Confirmation by the buyer, the buyer can perform the operation to confirm the Order Confirmation.

Order statuses that require confirmation operation​

For orders requiring a confirmation operation from the brand, the status is displayed as Please check the contents of the OC.

Depending on the confirmation result of the Order Confirmation, the order status will be updated as follows.

Handling after rejection​

If you cannot agree with the contents of the Order Confirmation, you can reject the Order Confirmation.

The rejected Order Confirmation will be rechecked by the brand.

Before starting this procedure, follow the steps below to open the dashboard for the target buyer organization.

  1. Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
  2. Click Select for the target buyer organization.

Moving to the confirmation screen of the Order Confirmation​

  1. Click Orders.
  2. Search
    You can filter by each item and search for order data.
  3. Click the Detail button for the order with the status Please check the contents of the OC.
    It will transition to the "Order Detail" page.
  4. Click the Confirm an OC button.
    It will transition to the "Confirm an OC" page.

Confirm the Order Confirmation​

  1. Check the order details.

    • Ordered Quantity
      • If the products have increased from the contents at the time of ordering: It is highlighted in green.
      • If the products have decreased from the contents at the time of ordering: It is highlighted in red.
    • Ratio/Percent Off
    • Price
    • Tax
    • Delivery Date

  2. Check the contents of the Order Confirmation and click one of the following buttons.

    • Accept: Agree to the contents of the Order Confirmation. The order status will be updated to Order Approved.
    • Reject: Reject the contents of the Order Confirmation and return it to the brand. The order status will be updated to OC rejected.

Important Notes​

Conditions requiring confirmation of the Order Confirmation​

The confirmation task of the Order Confirmation occurs only when the brand enables the approval of the Order Confirmation by the buyer.

The Confirm an OC button is displayed only for orders with the status Please check the contents of the OC.
