Download an Order Catalog PDF
Overview
This feature allows you to download a Catalog PDF that compiles items related to an order.
You can separately export a PDF for products ordered at the time of order placement and a PDF for products in the Order Confirmation.
Purpose
Use this to export product information related to an order as a PDF, so you can check and organize either the content from the time of order placement or the content based on the Order Confirmation depending on your purpose.
By selectively using the Purchase Order Catalog PDF and the Order Confirmation Catalog PDF, you can grasp the product information at the point in time you want to check.

What is a Catalog PDF?
A Catalog PDF compiles items related to an order in the format of a product catalog and exports them as a PDF file.
Because it includes images and text elements of the items, you can check product information from the time of order placement or based on the Order Confirmation on a per-order basis.
Types of PDFs that can be downloaded
There are two types of Catalog PDFs for orders: Purchase Order Catalog PDF and Order Confirmation Catalog PDF.

Conditions for downloading the Order Confirmation Catalog PDF
The Order Confirmation Catalog PDF can be downloaded for orders where an Order Confirmation has been created by the brand.
The Order Confirmation Catalog PDF cannot be downloaded for orders where an Order Confirmation has not been created.
Instructions
Before starting this procedure, follow the steps below to open the dashboard for the target buyer organization.
- Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
- Click Select for the target buyer organization.
Moving to the Catalog PDF download screen
- Click Orders.
- Click the Detail button of the order you want to download the PDF for.
You will transition to the "Order Detail" screen.
Download
The download method varies depending on the template publishing status by the brand.
When a template is published

Click one of the buttons depending on the type of data to be exported.
- Download a Purchase Order Catalog PDF
- Download an Order Confirmation Catalog PDF
*The button will not be displayed for orders where an Order Confirmation has not been created by the brand.
The Download a Catalog PDF modal will be displayed.

Selectable Catalog PDF Template
Select a template from the pull-down. -
Click the Download button.
The Catalog PDF with the selected layout will be downloaded.
When a template is not published
Click one of the buttons depending on the type of data to be exported.

- Download an Order Confirmation Catalog PDF
*The button will not be displayed for orders where an Order Confirmation has not been created by the brand.
The Catalog PDF with the DEXTRE standard layout will be downloaded.
Important Notes
Changes made by the brand will be reflected in the Order Confirmation Catalog PDF
If the brand has added or canceled ordered products, the latest changed content will be reflected in the Order Confirmation Catalog PDF.
The Purchase Order Catalog PDF will continue to be exported based on the data at the time of order placement.
If you want to check the content from the time of order placement, download the Purchase Order Catalog PDF, and if you want to check the content after changes made by the brand, download the Order Confirmation Catalog PDF.
The export method differs depending on the template publishing status by the brand
If the brand has published a Catalog PDF template for buyers, you must select a template before downloading.
The Catalog PDF will be downloaded with a layout according to the selected template.
If a template is not published, the Catalog PDF with the DEXTRE standard layout will be downloaded.
