Submit a Consignment Current Stock Report

Overview​

Explains the procedure to report current stock quantities for consignment inventory on screen and create an order that records the difference from the Theoretical Qty as sales.

Purpose​

Use the Consignment Current Stock Report to reduce the effort required for sales reporting and order creation, because the sales quantity is automatically calculated by entering only the current stock quantity confirmed during stocktaking.

You can complete the report on screen and centrally manage the report submitted to the brand and the clearing of consignment inventory while checking the entered details in the Draft Order List.

Feature Description​

What is a Consignment Current Stock Report​

This is a feature to report the current stock quantity of consignment inventory and create an order.

While a regular Consignment Sales Report is entered based on the sales quantity, a Consignment Current Stock Report lets you enter the current stock quantity on hand as confirmed during stocktaking.

Relationship between Current Stock and Theoretical Qty​

In the Current Stock Report, the sales quantity is automatically calculated from the Difference from the Theoretical Qty based on the entered Current Stock.

The Theoretical Qty is the quantity currently held on consignment from the brand. The Difference between the quantity entered as Current Stock and the Theoretical Qty is recorded as consignment sales.

Conditions for using the Current Stock Report​

This feature can be used when the brand is using the consignment feature and has configured the allocation settings for consignment inventory to the buyer organization.

Only products in the consignment inventory are displayed in the inventory list for the Current Stock Report.

Results of the Current Stock Report​

The entered details of the Current Stock Report are saved to the Draft Order List. When the order is created successfully, a consignment sales report is submitted to the brand, and the consignment inventory is cleared.

Orders for the Current Stock Report are created for each brand.

Follow the steps below to start the operation from the state where you have moved to the dashboard screen of the target buyer.

  1. Sign in to the DEXTRE Buyer App.
  2. Click the Select button for the target buyer organization.

1. Go to the Consignment Current Stock Report page​

  1. Click Connected Brands.

  2. Select the target brand.

  3. Catalog Filter
    You can filter by keyword to search for catalogs.

  4. Consignment sales catalog: Click Consignment Sales Report.
    *The catalog name may vary depending on the brand settings.

    You will be redirected to the product list page of the catalog.

  5. On the product list page of the catalog, click the Current Stock Report button.

    You will be redirected to the Current Stock Report page.

2. Enter the Current Stock and save it to the Draft Order List​

  1. If necessary, enter a product name or SKU number in Search by product name, SKU number to filter the target SKUs.

  2. In the SKU list, check the Theoretical Qty of the target SKU.

  3. Enter the current stock quantity on hand in Current Stock.

    • Based on the entered Current Stock, the Difference from the Theoretical Qty is displayed as the sales quantity.
    • If the SKU is sold out, click the Sold out button for the target SKU to enter 0.
    • To treat all unentered SKUs as sold out, click the Mark all unreported as sold out button.
    • To redo the entered details, click the Clear all inputs button.

  4. Check Progress, Difference (Sold), and Total Amount.

  5. Click the Save button.

    The entered details are saved to the Draft Order List.

3. Proceed to checkout​

  1. Click the View Cart button.
  2. Check the contents of the cart displayed and click the Proceed to order button.

4. Place an order​

  1. Comment
    Enter any notes for the consignment sales report to share with the brand.

  2. Click the Next button.

  3. Billing Address, Delivery Address
    Specify the billing and delivery address from the pull-down menu.

    • To change the address, click the Edit button to edit it.
    • To specify an unregistered address, click the Create a new billing address and Create a new delivery address buttons to create a new address.

  4. Check the details and click the Next button.

  5. Check the preview and click the Place an Order button.

    If the process is successful, an order will be created and the consignment sales report will be submitted to the brand.

Important Notes​

Enter the Current Stock, not the sales quantity​

In the Current Stock Report, enter the Current Stock on hand instead of the sales quantity.

The Difference between the entered Current Stock and the Theoretical Qty is recorded as sales, so enter the Current Stock confirmed during stocktaking.

Catalog names may vary by brand​

The catalog name for consignment sales may vary depending on the brand.

Orders are created for each brand​

Orders for the Current Stock Report are created for each brand. When reporting consignment inventory for multiple brands, submit a Current Stock Report for each brand.

Troubleshooting​

The target product cannot be found​

If the target product cannot be found or the inventory is insufficient on the Current Stock Report page, there is an error in either the consignment inventory or the sales results.

If the consignment inventory is insufficient, please request the brand to replenish the consignment inventory.

You want to edit the order details​

Once an order is created, the sales report is confirmed. Due to the specifications of the DEXTRE consignment feature, created orders cannot be edited.

If edits are required, ask the brand (consignor) to delete the order, and then submit the Current Stock Report again.
