Contact a Brand from a Catalog
Overview
This section explains how to send an inquiry to a brand from a catalog page opened via an order link issued by the brand.
Purpose
Use this to send questions or details you want to confirm to the brand while browsing the catalog, reducing the time and effort of contacting them.
Because you can select the products related to the inquiry before sending it, you can clearly indicate which products you are asking about.
Feature Description
Catalogs where the inquiry feature is available
Whether the inquiry feature is displayed on the catalog page depends on the brand's settings and how you access the catalog page.
The inquiry feature can only be used on catalogs opened from brand-issued order links, and only if the brand has enabled the inquiry feature.
Adding products to inquiry details
On catalogs opened from order links where the inquiry feature is enabled, an Add to inquiry button is displayed for each product.
You can select the products you want to inquire about and include them in your inquiry.
You can select multiple products, and the selected products are displayed in the inquiry details.
Instructions
Navigate to the catalog page
- Access the order link received from the brand.
The brand page or catalog page opens. - If the brand page is displayed, click the catalog you want to order.
The catalog page opens.
When accessing the order link, if you are prompted to enter a passcode or login, follow the instructions on the displayed screen.
- When an authentication passcode is required: Enter the passcode provided by the brand.
- If the login page is displayed: Log in to DEXTRE using one of the following methods.
- If authentication information is provided by the brand: Log in using the email address and password provided by the brand.
- If authentication information is not provided by the brand: Log in using the email address and password you usually use for DEXTRE.
Set the products to include in the inquiry
On the catalog page, select the products to include in the inquiry. If adding products is not necessary, skip this and proceed to the next step.

For each product you want to include in the inquiry, click one of the following buttons.
- Add to inquiry: Add the product to the inquiry. You can select multiple products.
- Remove from inquiry: Remove the product from the inquiry.
How to fill out the inquiry form

Click the Inquiry button.
The "Inquiry" modal opens. -
Your Email
Enter the email address to receive replies from the brand.- If you are logged into the DEXTRE Buyer App, the email address of the User Account is entered by default.
- You can change the default email address to any email address.

Subject
Enter the subject of the inquiry email. -
Message
Enter the inquiry contents. -
Selected products
The products selected for the inquiry are displayed.If no products are set to be included in the inquiry, no products will be displayed.
Sending the inquiry
After reviewing the details, click the Send inquiry button.
The inquiry email is sent to the brand.
Important Notes
Not supported when viewing catalogs from the regular DEXTRE Buyer App
The inquiry feature is currently not supported when you view catalogs by logging in to the regular DEXTRE Buyer App.

Where inquiry details are sent
The inquiry details are emailed only to the brand.
No confirmation email containing the sent details is sent to the buyer.
