Bulk Delete Offline Buyers

Overview

This feature allows you to specify multiple registered offline buyers and delete them in bulk.

Purpose

This is used to organize unnecessary offline buyer information at once and reduce the time and effort required for deletion.

Since you can perform a series of steps from selecting buyers to deleting them, you can prevent the hassle of dealing with them one by one and avoid missing any.

Feature Description

Conditions for deletion

Only offline buyers that meet all of the following conditions can be deleted.

  • Is not an offline buyer with invitations or offers
  • There is no transaction data, such as orders and delivery invoices

Results of bulk deletion

If the selected range for bulk deletion includes offline buyers that do not meet the Conditions for deletion, only the offline buyers that meet the conditions will be deleted.

Offline buyers that do not meet the conditions are excluded from the process and are retained without being deleted.

Instructions

Move to the bulk delete offline buyers screen

  1. Click the Buyers menu.

  2. Click the Offline Buyers tab.

  3. From the list of offline buyers, select the checkboxes of the offline buyers to be deleted.

    • You can select multiple items.
    • If necessary, you can enter conditions in Search Buyers to narrow down the buyers.
    • To select all buyers that match the search conditions, click Select All.
    • To remove all checks, click Remove All Selections.
  4. Click the Delete selected offline buyers button.
    The "Delete Offline Buyers" modal opens.

Bulk delete offline buyers

Check the displayed details and click the Delete button.

If the process is successful, offline buyers that meet the deletion conditions will be deleted.

Important Notes

Deleted offline buyers cannot be restored

Once deletion is complete, deleted offline buyers cannot be restored to their original state.

Please fully check the offline buyers to be deleted before executing bulk deletion.
