Update the Order Link Status
Overview
Explains how to change the status of created order links to control buyer access and the data retention state within the system.
Purpose
By appropriately managing the status of order links, you can ensure compliance and control, such as publishing only valid links to buyers and stopping access to links that are no longer needed.
This reduces errors such as accidentally keeping valid links public or operating with unnecessary links remaining, preventing accidental operations.
Feature Description
Target order links
The following three types of order links are covered:
- Instant Order Link
- Dynamic Brand Link
- Customer Order Link
Status types
There are three statuses for order links.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Open | The link is active, and it is in a state where it can be normally used and accessed under the configured content (within conditions such as the release date and expiration date). |
| Void | A state where the link is stopped. Access to the link will be disabled, but it can be reverted to the Open status. |
| Deleted | Deletes the target link configuration data itself from the system. Deleted links cannot be restored. |
