Create an Order Link for China Buyers

Overview​

Explains how to create a dedicated online ordering link (URL) for buyers based in mainland China.

Purpose​

Provides a dedicated online ordering link (URL) for China-based buyers.

By enabling the "Set as China Buyer Link" setting, connection destinations and delivery settings optimized for access from within China are applied.

This supports operational control and compliance for transactions with China-based buyers.

Feature Description​

Target Link Types​

The China Buyer Order Link setting is available for two types:

  • Instant Order Link
  • Dynamic Brand Link

Activation Timing​

This can be used by enabling the "Set as China Buyer Link" setting when creating or editing a link.

Link Access Specifications​

For China Buyer Order Links, connection destinations and delivery settings optimized for access from within China are applied.

The access domain will switch to the following:

  • https://cbuyer.dextre.app/***

Instructions​

Navigating to the Create China Buyer Order Link Screen​

The following explains how to create a new link and how to edit an existing link.

Creating a New Link​

  1. Click the Links menu.
  2. Click the Instant Order Links or Dynamic Brand Links tab.
  3. Click the Create a New Link button.
    You will be redirected to the link creation page.

Editing an Existing Link​

  1. Click the Links menu.
  2. Click the Instant Order Links or Dynamic Brand Links tab.
  3. Click the Edit button for the target link in the link list.
    You will be redirected to the link editing page.

Form Entry Method​

  1. Set the Make this link a dedicated link for Chinese buyers. toggle button to Yes.
  2. Enter other link settings (Link Name, Catalog, Terms and Conditions, etc.).

Executing the Operation​

Once all necessary settings are entered, click the following button:

  • When creating a new link: Create button
  • When editing an existing link: Update button

When the process is successful, the link creation/update is complete.
The URL issued from the link will switch to a dedicated URL for China buyers.

*Since the domain switches, the URL will change.

How to Share the Link​

  1. Click the Links menu.
  2. Click the Instant Order Links or Dynamic Brand Links tab.
  3. Copy the URL using the Copy this link button for the target link.
  4. Share the obtained URL with the buyer using external communication tools such as email.

Important Notes​

Buyer App Feature Restrictions for Chinese Buyer Order Links​

In the "Chinese Buyer" version of the Buyer App, only some features are available.

  • Orders can only be placed through Instant Order Links or Dynamic Brand Links.
  • The order management screen on the Buyer App side is only for viewing order data. Operations such as approving the Order Confirmation Document cannot be performed.
  • Other features such as "Add to Favorites", "Download PDF", and "Buyer Settings" are not available.

Orders Cannot Be Returned to the Buyer's Cart​

Orders placed via a Chinese Buyer Order Link cannot use the "Return to Buyer's Cart" function.

Only "Reject Order" can be performed.
