What is the Billing List?
The Billing List is data that summarizes, in a single row, the Billing Amount, balance brought forward, and offset/refund amounts for each Invoice, as well as the Last Billing Amount from the perspective of each invoice and the most recent amount confirmed in the Payment Confirmation.
The terms used in the Billing List are as follows:
- This Billing Invoice: The Invoice corresponding to the Invoice No. in each row of data.
- Billing Amount: The Billing Amount of the current Invoice.
- Last Invoice: Refers to the Invoice one record prior to the current Invoice. Which invoice is considered "Last" is determined by the Invoice date filter.
- Last Billing Amount: The Billing Amount of the Last Invoice.
- Last Payment Confirmed Amount: The amount confirmed in the most recent Payment Confirmation from the perspective of the current Invoice. Which Payment Confirmation is targeted is determined by the date filters for Invoices and Payment Confirmations.
- Carryover Amount: The amount of the Billing Balance applied to the current Invoice.
- Credit Note Amount: The total amount of Credit Notes applied to the current Invoice.

Interpretation of "Last" and "Last Payment Confirmed Amount"

Changing the date filter specifications may change how "Last" records or payment confirmed amounts are handled, even for the same Invoice.
