Export SKU List per Inventory Transfer Order (Excel)

Overview​

This section explains how to use the Data Export feature of the Merchant App to export the Inventory Transfer Order – Order-wise SKU List as an Excel (XLSX) format file.

Purpose​

Obtaining SKU item data for each slip in Excel format allows you to analyze inventory increase/decrease history and use it for sales and inventory management.

Feature Description​

Export Targets​

This feature exports the Inventory Transfer Order – Order-wise SKU List as an Excel (XLSX) format file.

Specify Inventory Transfer Order – Order-wise SKU List (XLSX) as the Data Export Type.

Data Extraction Condition​

Specify the Slip Status and Date Range Filter as the Data Extraction Condition.

  • Slip Status: You can specify Open, Confirmed, or All.
  • Period: Set by combining the type of base date and the target period.
    • Issue Date: Based on the Issue Date set in the transfer order.
    • Create Time: Based on the day the transfer order was created.

Instructions​

Moving to the Data Export Screen​

  1. Select the Data Export menu.
  2. Click the Inventory tab.
  3. Click the Data Export tab.
    *It is open by default.

How to fill out the form​

  1. Data Export Type
    Select Inventory Transfer Order – Order-wise SKU List (XLSX) from the dropdown.

  2. Slip Status
    Use the toggle button to specify whether to include all slip statuses as export targets or select them individually.

    • Enable Include all slip statuses: Includes all slip statuses in the export.
    • Disable Include all slip statuses: Specify slip statuses individually.

  3. Period
    Specify the period for the export.

    • Select the base date type from Issue Date or Create Time using the dropdown.
    • Enter the start date and end date for the period. You can specify dates using the calendar icon.

Downloading Order-wise SKU List Data​

After confirming the input details, click the Download button.

Upon successful processing, the Excel file will be downloaded directly.

Important Notes​

Nature of Exported Data​

This feature is for exporting item details for each slip.

It is not a feature for aggregating inventory data or data by SKU.
