Bulk Create Online Payment Links for Invoices (Stripe Integration)

Overview​

This feature allows you to collectively create online payment links for multiple Invoices from the Billing Management in the Merchant App.

It is available for organizations subscribed to the Stripe Credit Card Payment Add-on.

Purpose​

The primary purpose of bulk online payment link creation is to prepare payment URLs for multiple invoices at once and reduce the effort of repeating the same operation for each invoice.

Because only target invoices that meet the required conditions can be selected from the list and processed in bulk, it becomes easier to prevent omissions or erroneous operations on invoices with different conditions.

What you can do with Bulk Creation of Online Payment Links​

Bulk create online payment links for multiple Invoices.

By using the created payment link URLs, you can accept online payments via credit card from Buyers.

Invoices for which online payment links can be created​

Online payment links can be created for Invoices that meet the following conditions:

  • Invoices for which an Online Payment Link has not been created
  • Invoices with a Billing Amount greater than 0

Online Payment Link Status​

Online Payment Links have the following statuses depending on the progress of the payment:

  • Not Created: The state where a payment link has not been created
  • Pending Payment: The state where a payment link has been created and is waiting for payment from the Buyer
  • Paid: The state where the payment procedure by the Buyer has been completed

When the Online Payment Link status becomes Paid, you can verify that the target Invoice has been paid.

Instructions​

Moving to the Bulk Create Online Payment Links screen​

  1. Click Transactions menu > Billing Management.

  2. Click the Billing Invoices tab.
    *It is open by default.

  3. Select the Invoices for which you want to bulk create online payment links by checking the checkboxes.

    • To check all Invoices on the page, check the checkbox in the heading row. You can select up to 100 items per page.
    • To uncheck all, click Remove All Selections.

  4. Click the Bulk Action dropdown.

  5. Select Create Payment Link.
    The "Create Invoice Online Payment Links" modal will open.

Bulk Creation of Online Payment Links​

  1. Review the Target Billing Invoices and click the Create button.

    Upon successful processing, online payment links will be created in bulk for the selected Invoices.

For created online payment links, you can copy the URL using Copy Payment Link URL in the Online Payment column of the target Invoice in the Invoices list.

Important Notes​

Prerequisites before use​

To use this feature, you must be subscribed to the Stripe Credit Card Payment Add-on.

Payment methods available with the payment link URL​

The only payment method available via the payment link URL is credit card payment.

Invoices for which online payment links cannot be created​

Online payment links cannot be created for the following Invoices:

  • Invoices for which a payment link has already been created
  • Invoices with a Billing Amount of 0 or less

Cancellation of created payment link URLs​

Once created, a payment link URL cannot be deleted or canceled.
